I really enjoyed the S&C class I tried last Friday, Ray was excellent at explaining everything and giving tips that make such a difference, especially when you are very much a beginner! Atmosphere was great too, I am really enjoying it!
I joined the Fit Factory just over a year and a half ago. Just said I would "give it a go" and from day one I was hooked. There is something to suit everyone and a great atmosphere.. I am also delighted with how much I have progressed over that time too.
Ginny, thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into the gym, it makes such a huge improvement to me you have no idea. When we see your car outside we are thrilled because we know it's going to be a good class. You make it your business to ensure everyone is doing things properly and your encouragement pushes us to do things we didn't think we could.
